Hospital Services Council of Greater Washington Area (HSCGWA)
Hospital Services Council of Greater Washington Area (HSCGWA) is a Virginia registered non-profit organization founded in 2020.
HSCGWA was established with the aim of providing support and aid for the growing health-care needs of developing country, Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Hospital Services Council (HSC), Colombo, Sri Lanka. HSC was incorporated as a government approved charitable organization in 1987 by the Vipassi Buddhist center located in the premises of the National Hospital of Si Lanka.

Our Mission
"We are dedicated to providing medical supplementary donations such as medically needed accessory items, over the counter supplementary medications, and in home use diagnostic instruments to poverty stricken patients living in developing nations in collaboration with local non-profit organizations and through individual contributions"
Our Services
Supply medically needed items collected from individual contributions or corporate donations.
Provide financial support to obtain prescribed medications to needy patients.
To address urgent welfare needs of financially risky patients seeking chronic treatments in government hospitals.

Dear Friends,
Working together with donors and partners like yourselves, we were able to provide medical equipment such as wheel chairs, walkers, crutches to Sri Lanka Hospitals. Our efforts were made possible by the outpouring generosity we received from the supporters who recognized and appreciated our ability to reach the frontline health care providers and those most in need.
It is truly an honor to serve the HSCGWA and we will work wholeheartedly to help hospitals and underprivileged patients in Sri Lanka. Thank you and our other countless supporters for the generosity extended to Hospital Services Council of Greater Washington Area.
